Essential Qualification and Experience

• Persons belonging to the following fields can apply: (a) Teachers (including retired teachers), (b) Retired government employees and senior citizens), (c) MSW students and teachers, (d) Anganwadi workers, (e) Doctor/physician, (f) Students/ Law Students (till enrolment of lawyers), (g) Member of no-political, service oriented NGO's and clubs, (h) Member of age self-help groups including women neighbourhood groups, Maitree Sangha, and marginalized/ vulnerable groups, (i) Prisoners who are serving long term sentence in jail, prisoners should be educated with good conduct, and (j) any other person who the District Legal Service Authority or Taluk Legal Service Committee considers appro to be identified as PLV.
