Essential Qualification and Experience

• Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Law or Post Graduate Degree in Law from Bar Council of India recognized Colleges / Universities/institutions.

• Advocate/ Legal Consultant/ Legal Assistant/ Associate in an Advocates' or Solicitors' Office or Law firm after being enrolled with the Bar Council; or b) As a Law Officer in the Legal department of a bank / financial institution / statutory corporation/company/State/Central Government.
