Essential Qualification and Experience

Protection Officer (Non-Institutional Care)

• Post graduate degree in Public Administration/Psychology/Psychiatry/Law/Public Health/Community resource Management; or

• Preference: Women and Child development/social welfare project formulation/ implementation, monitoring and supervision in the field of Women & Child development / Social Welfare Action/ Sociology/ Child Development/ Human Rights/ Public Administration/ psychology/psychiatry/law/public health/ community resource management from a recognized university with 2 years' experience in supervision.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of child welfare/ child protection.

• Proficiency in computer.

Law-cum-Probation Officer

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.

• Preferred: Minimum 2 years' experience of working with government/NGO/ legal affairs in the area of women and child rights good understanding of women and child rights and protection issues.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of child welfare/ child protection.
