Essential Qualification and Experience

Deputy General Manager (Law)

• Full-time bachelor's degree in law (LL.B. or equivalent- full-time degree from Bar Council of India (BCI)/Government recognized university/ Institution).

• Candidates presently working in Government/ PSUs/ PSBs/ Judicial / Quasi-Judicial Forums etc. in CDA/IDA/ other applicable pay structure must have minimum 01-year experience in the next lower pay scale in CDA pattern (i.e., Rs. 1,23,100- 2, 15,900 at level-13) or Rs.1,00,000- 2,60,000/- in IDA pattern or equivalent (In CPSEs where the scale of Rs.1,00,000-2,60,000/- is being operated in more than one executive level, only one level below the highest level in which the scale of Rs.1,00,000-2,60,000/- is operated will be considered). OR Candidates working in Private sector must be drawing annual CTC of ₹ 25 Lacs during last 01 years of service in a Company of repute/ Law firm.

• Candidates should possess minimum 19 years post qualification experience in Executive cadre (including experience as Executive/Management Trainee) in handling various activities and functions of Law in State/Central Government/Organization/Public Sector Undertakings /Private Sector Organization(s)/ Company(s) /Law Firm(s)/ Judicial/ Quasi-Judicial Forums. Experience as practicing advocate in not below High court shall also be considered.

Senior Manager (Law)

• Full-time bachelor's degree in law (LL.B. or equivalent- full-time degree from Bar Council of India (BCI)/Government recognized university/ Institution).

• Candidates presently working in Government/ PSUs/ PSBs/ Judicial / Quasi-Judicial Forums etc. in CDA/IDA/ other applicable pay structure must have minimum 01-year experience in the next lower pay scale in CDA pattern (i.e., Rs. 78,800 - 2,09,200 at level-12) or Rs.90,000- 2,40,000/- in IDA pattern or equivalent (In CPSEs where the scale of Rs.90,000-2,40,000/- is being operated in more than one executive level, only one level below the highest level in which the scale of Rs. 90,000-2,40,000/- is operated will be considered). OR Candidates working in Private sector must be drawing annual CTC of ₹ 22 Lacs during last 01 years of service in a Company of repute/ Law firm.

• Candidates should possess minimum 15 years post qualification experience in Executive cadre (including experience as Executive/Management Trainee) in handling various activities and functions of Law in State/Central Government/Organization/Public Sector Undertakings /Private Sector Organization(s)/ Company(s) /Law Firm(s)/ Judicial/ Quasi-Judicial Forums. Experience as practicing advocate in not below High court shall also be considered.

Manager (Law)

• Full-time bachelor's degree in law (LL.B. or equivalent- full-time degree from Bar Council of India (BCI)/Government recognized university/ Institution).

• Candidates presently working in Government/ PSUs/ PSBs/ Judicial / Quasi-Judicial Forums etc. in CDA/IDA/ other applicable pay structure must have minimum 01-year experience in the next lower pay scale in CDA pattern (i.e., Rs. 67,700 – 2,08,700 at level-11) or Rs. 80,000-2,20,000/- in IDA pattern or equivalent (In CPSEs where the scale of Rs. 80,000-2,20,000/- is being operated in more than one executive level, only one level below the highest level in which the scale of Rs. 80,000-2,20,000/- is operated will be considered). OR Candidates working in Private sector must be drawing annual CTC of ₹ 14 Lacs during last 01 years of service in a Company of repute/ Law firm.

• Candidates should possess minimum 10 years post qualification experience in Executive cadre (including experience as Executive/Management Trainee) in handling various activities and functions of Law in State/Central Government/Organization/Public Sector Undertakings /Private Sector Organization(s)/ Company(s) /Law Firm(s)/ Judicial/ Quasi-Judicial Forums. Experience as practicing advocate in not below High court shall also be considered.
