Essential Qualification and Experience

• The applicant should have adequate knowledge and professional experience of at least 15 years in urban development, housing, real estate development, infrastructure, economics, technical expertise in relevant fields of planning, law, commerce, accountancy, industry, management, social service, public affairs or administration.

• If a person is or has been in the service of the State Government, he/she should have held the post of Secretary to the State Government or any equivalent post in the State Government or Central Government.
