Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidate should be Graduate in Law (including an Integrated Degree Course in Law under 10+2+3 or 10+2+5 pattern) from any School/ College / University/ Institute recognised by Bar Council of India and Bar Council of West Bengal

• Must be enrolled in the Bar Council of West Bengal / Bar Council of India.

• Degree / Diploma in computer from any recognized computer training centre.

• Candidate must have a minimum of 20 (Twenty) years practicing experience in Calcutta High Court.
