Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidate shall be a Graduate in Law from a recognized University. He shall be the Sanad Holder.

• Candidate should have a minimum of 07 years of experience in legal profession will be required.

• The candidate will have knowledge of all types of criminals, service, administrative law and department inquiry etc. so that he can carry out legal proceedings efficiently.

• Candidates should have adequate knowledge of Marathi, Hindi and English languages.
