Essential Qualification and Experience

• Post Graduate degree in Law from Recognized University.

• Having a registration with bar council of India.

• Applicant must possess a Minimum 10 year's post qualification experience/ practice as a Lawyer in various courts of law, out of 10 years must have 5 years" experience in High Court.

• Necessary expertise in civil matters of the working in a Government, Semi-Government or Corporation.
