Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) invites application for the post of Individual Consultant (Legal Stream) on contractual basis.

Remuneration: Rs. 70,000/-

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Law Degree from recognised University/Law School.

• Experience in infrastructure on: (a) Drafting and vetting of regulations, statutes and/or legislations; or (b) Appearance in/dealing with Courts/ Appellate Tribunals matters as an Advocate; or (c) Legal experience in any State/Central Department/Organisation; or (d) Settling disputes/arbitration.

• Desirable: Previous exposure to Competition Law.
