Essential Qualification and Experience

• A candidate must be a citizen of India as defined in Articles 5 & 6 of the Constitution of India.

• Candidate must be holder of Degree in Law from a recognized University.

• Must be practicing as an Advocate in Courts of Civil and Criminal jurisdiction on the last date fixed for receipt of applications and must have so practiced for a period not less than 7 (seven) years as on such date.

• Must possess knowledge of Mizo Language at least Middle School standard (will have to be supported by relevant documents at the time of document verification).
