Government Pleader And Public Prosecutor Vacancy At The High Court Of Judicature Of Bombay

The Law and Judiciary Department invites application for the post of Government Pleader and Public Prosecutor at High Court of Judicature of Bombay, Bench at Nagpur purely on temporary basis.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Applicant must hold a degree in Law from any recognized university and be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.

• The Upper age limit of 58 years shall be relaxed upto 2 (two) years in case of the applicants who had worked on or before the date of advertisement as the Government Pleaders; or Government Pleaders and Public Prosecutors; or Additional Government Pleaders and Additional Public Prosecutors in the High Court.

• Applicant must have at least 10 (ten) years of practice as an Advocate ordinarily in the High Court, on the date of advertisement, certified by the Registrar of the High Court or, as the case may be, Prothonotary & Senior Master, that he ordinarily practices in the High Court.
