Essential Qualification and Experience

• BA/B. Com/B.Sc. or equivalent from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks.

• Regular LLB/MBA/PG Diploma in Personnel Management /Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Finance or related fields from a recognized/ reputed University/ Institution with 60% or equivalent CGPA.

• Working knowledge of Computer Application (MSWord, Excel & PowerPoint) is essential.

• The Candidate must have an overall experience of 02 years post essential qualification in any State or Central PSUs/ Financial Institutions/ Autonomous organizations/ Banks or any reputed Private Infrastructure / Human Resources/ Insurance/ Banking Companies.
