Delhi State Legal Service Authority invites application for empanelment as Legal Services Advocates for Regular Panels in the following District Legal Services Authorities (DLSAs) for providing Legal Services in the Courts of MM, ASJ, ADJ, Consumer Forums, Family, Civil Judges, SEM, Spl. Court (MACT), Senior Citizen and Revenue, Labour, Muslim Law and NDPS Panels.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Applicant must have an experience of five (05) years at Bar as on 15.12.2023 of conducting cases in following panels: (a) Empanelment in ASJ Courts (NDPS, POCSO, CBI, Special Courts), (b) Empanelment in ADJ/Civil Courts (ADJs, LAC, MACT, Labour etc.), (c) Empanelment in Family Courts, and (d) Empanelment for dealing with cases of Muslim Law

• Applicant must have an experience of three (03) years as on 15.12.2023 of conducting cases in following panels: (a) Empanelment in Courts of Metropolitan Magistrates (CMM, ACMM & MM), (b) Empanelment in Civil Courts (Civil Judge, ARC, ACJ, SCJ, Guardianship, etc), (c) Empanelment for the Panel of District Consumer Forum, Revenue, Sr. Citizen, and (d) Empanelment for Revenue / SEM Courts.
