Khadi and Village Industries Commission invites application for Empanelment of Advocates for rendering Legal opinion and contesting cases in various courts/tribunals for and on behalf of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission in Hon'ble High Court, Srinagar.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• For being eligible to be enrolled on a panel, an advocate shall have - (a) at least ten years standing practice at the bar or (b) at least 5 years' experience in handling the legal matters of the KVIC while he was in employment with KVIC (work allocation order for the 5 years proving the legal work experience should be submitted along with application.)
