Empanelment Of Advocates (Hubballi) Vacancy At Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO)

Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) is a statutory body of the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, invites application for empanelment of Advocates to represent the Central Board, EPF before various courts (viz. High Court of Karnataka (Dharwad & Kalaburagi Bench), DCDRF and other lower courts under the jurisdiction of Hubballi Zone) for a period of 03 years from the date of issue of order.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• The law firms can also apply for empanelment and assign the advocates to deal with cases of the department. The firm shall ensure that there is no conflict of interest in matters contesting for EPFO.

• The Advocate should have a bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university.

• The Advocate should be enrolled/registered as an advocate with a Bar Council.

• The Advocates are required to have the minimum professional/Court practice experience of 7 years for High Courts and Other Courts in the State.

• However, the Central Provident Fund Commissioner may relax the experience or prescribe any other additional qualification or condition as deem fit.
