Essential Qualification and Experience

• Be enrolled/registered as an advocate with the State Bar Council.

• Have a minimum, relevant experience of Ten years of handling Service, Labour, Arbitration matters, Company Affairs and other cases with a fair knowledge of labour laws with special reference to Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act,1952 (EPF and MP Act, 1952).
