Essential Qualification and Experience

Deputy Program Director (Legal)

• LLB with 8 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field; Or

• LLM with 6 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

• Experience as legal adviser/executive etc. for a renowned Company, Government Departments PSUs etc.

• Experience related to legal documentation, case filing/representation in court of law, Contract management, legal interpretation, arbitration, etc.

• Knowledge about various acts, Rules & Regulations applicable to Start-ups, MSMEs, Govt. Departments, companies etc.

Program Executive (Legal)

• LLB with 4 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field; Or

• LLM with 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

• Experience as legal adviser/executive etc. for a renowned Company, Government Departments PSUs etc.

• Experience related to legal documentation, case filing/representation in court of law, Contract management, legal interpretation, arbitration, etc.

• Knowledge about various acts, Rules & Regulations applicable to Start-ups, MSMEs, Govt. Departments, companies etc.
