Essential Qualification and Experience

• Full time bachelor's degree in law from a recognized Institution/ University with Minimum of 05 years' experience in legal matters.

• Handling of Court cases/ arbitration cases including those related to public interest litigations/ Writs/ establishment/ contractual cases at High Court and Supreme Court level including NGT.

• Experience of examination and analysis of Law/ Statute. Knowledge of Government administrative regulations/ experience in Legal procedures/ labour/ laws/ arbitration matters.

• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and working knowledge of Hindi.

• Experience of computer skills and proficiency in working on Office software/ other applications.

• Formal educational qualification and experience could be relaxed when there is work experience of specific relevance.
