Essential Qualification and Experience

• A Degree in Law from a recognized university by the Bar Council of India.

• Candidate must have been continuously practiced Law as an Advocate for at least three year; Or An exceptional law graduate with excellent academic career in five/ three year course in Law who has passed all the examinations in the first attempt and in any semester/ year without appearing in supplementary examination or without ATKT in case of a candidate belonging to General Category or Other Backward Class.

• Must have secured at least 70 percent marks in aggregate and in case of reserved category (Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe) candidates, at least 50 percent marks in aggregate.
