Name of the Post: Civil Judge

Essential Qualification and Experience

Fresh Law Graduate

• Degree in Law, must have passed each examination for the said degree in the first attempt, final years of Law Degree or Final Year of Master of Law (LL.M.) with a minimum 55% mark.

Lawyer, attorney or advocate

• Degree in Law with minimum 3 years of experience in the legal profession as Advocate, Attorney or Advocate in Bombay High Court or a Court subordinate thereto as of 1st September 2013

• Service in Maharashtra in the post of Public Prosecutor shall be treated as a Judicial Profession.

Ministerial Staff

• Degree in Law

• Must have completed at least 3 years of service on or before September 01, 2023, after graduation in Law.
