Essential Qualification and Experience

Chief Manager

• CS qualified and should be an Associate/ Fellow member of ICSI. Preference may be given to Law Graduates.

• Should be in a Company Secretariat Department of a Central/ State Govt. CPSE/ SPSE/ Public Limited Company with minimum 20 years of experience.

Senior Manager

• CS qualified and should be an Associate/ Fellow member of ICSI. Preference may be given to Law Graduates.

• Should be in a Company Secretariat Department of a Central/ State Govt. CPSE/ SPSE/ Public Limited Company with minimum 16 years of experience.
