Essential Qualification and Experience

• Law Degree from any recognized University; Post Graduate degree in Law (LLM) preferred.

• Minimum 3 years' experience as District Judge or Session Judge. OR Minimum 10 years practicing experience in High Court working with any Power Generating Company having more than 2000 MW installed capacity; Or

• Minimum 01 year' experience worked as Chief Legal Advisor/ Law Officer in Power sector/ Public Sector undertaking/ Corporation/ Company.
