Chairperson Vacancy At Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal

The Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services invites applications for the post of Chairperson in the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• A per Rule 3 (9) of the Tribunal (conditions of service) Rules, 2021, a person shall not be. qualified for appointment as chairperson of Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, unless he,- (a) is, or has been a Judge of a High Court. (b) Has been a member of the Indian Legal service with ten years of experience in litigation and has held a post of Additional Secretary or any equivalent or any higher post; (c) Has held the office of presiding officer of a Debts Recovery Tribunal for three years.
