    Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) invites application for the post of Bench Officer on short-term contract basis.

    Name of the Post: Bench Officer

    Essential Qualification and Experience

    For Candidates of Public Sector

    • Candidate Should be holding a post in CPSE/State PSU or Autonomous Bodies equivalent to the post of pay Level 6 in the pay matrix (Rs. 35, 400-1, 12, 400/-) or holding a post with five years' experience in Level 5 in the pay matrix of Rs.29,200- 92,300/- on regular basis.

    For Candidates in Private Sector

    Law Degree from recognised University/Law School.

    • The applicant would be in an organisation in Private Sector: (i) Having his/her annual CTC of minimum 5 lakhs per annum. (ii) Having put in a total service of 5 years post qualification.

    • Desirable Qualification: (a) Drafting/vetting regulations; statutes and/or legislations; or (b) Appearance/dealing with Courts/ Appellate Tribunals matters; or (c) Settling disputes/arbitration; (d) Proficiency in Typing on PC; (e) Previous exposure to Competition Law.
