Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidates should hold B.A. L.L.B. (Hons)/B.B. A L.L.B. (Hons)/ B.Com. L.L.B. (Hons)/L.L.B. (Hons) degree.

• Candidate should have Litigation and Corporate post qualification experience of 4-8 years with relevant experience in drafting legal documents/pleadings/proceedings and conducting matters before High Court, City Civil Court, NCLT, DRT, Arbitration, Metropolitan Magistrate, Revenue Authorities, as well as hands on experience in drafting Commercial Contracts, General Corporate, Corporate Advisory.
