Essential Qualification and Experience

• Advocate registered with the Bar Council of Delhi having minimum 2-3 years of adequate experience in drafting of Court pleadings like Writs/Appeals/Suits/reply/Counter Affidavit/Notices and related pleadings.

• Having fair exposure of Courts/Authorities/Tribunals in Delhi especially Delhi

• High Court and District Courts and court procedures and filings; skilled in research; fluent in English; Good communication skills both written and spoken and well versed with MS office and good speed of typing.
