Essential Qualification and Experience

• Officers possessing a bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university and holding:

• Analogous post on regular basis in Central Government or State Government or courts or tribunals; OR Post in Central Government or State Government or courts or tribunals with five years regular service in pay band 2, Rs. 9300-34800/- with grade pay of Rs. 5400/- i.e, Level 9 in the pay matrix; OR Six years regular service in grade pay of Rs. 4800/- i.e, Level 8 in the pay matrix; OR Seven years of regular service in grade pay of Rs. 4600/- i.e, Level 7 in the pay matrix; OR Ten years of regular service in grade pay of Rs. 4200/- i.e, Level 6 in the pay matrix.
