Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidate should have a Degree of LL.B. from the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India or any other educational institutions recognised as such as declared to be a deemed university under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956. ii. Have post qualification experience of at least 03 years in Legal Matters in Government / Local Bodies / Government Undertaking / Board / Corporation / Limited Company established under the companies Act / University in different aspects of Environment Laws.

• Have post qualification experience of at least 03 years in Legal Matters in Government / Local Bodies / Government Undertaking / Board / Corporation / Limited Company established under the companies Act / University in different aspects of Environment Laws. Explanation: Legal Matters means all work relating to drafting of legal notice, affidavit, parawise remarks, etc., filing of suits, appeals, providing opinion, briefing the concerned Law Officer or Advocate for the concerned court case pending before various courts/NGT in the Environmental Laws.
