Essential Qualification and Experience

Assistant General Manager

• Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/grade.

• The incumbent should have experience in relevant fields like Drafting / vetting / execution of contract / loan documents of project financing, legal due diligence of loan proposals/documents including in-depth knowledge of applicable corporate/commercial legislations with expertise in DRT / Courts, CIRP in NCLT and arbitration proceedings in Banks / financial institutions. Must have core competence in the areas of analysing various legal aspects, security packages relating to project financing, mortgages etc. and must be in a position to handle all activities of documentation independently.

Trainee Officer

• Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/grade
