Essential Qualification and Experience

• A Degree in LL.B.

• Candidate should have minimum 25 years of post-qualification experience with sufficient exposure at decision making level.

• Candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in corporate legal functions and/ or real estate/ infrastructure sector.

• Candidate should demonstrate expertise in Corporate governance, Company Law, land acquisition, contract law, regulatory compliance, litigation management, and an understanding of construction law.
