Delhi Development Authority invites application for the post of Additional Chief Legal Advisor on deputation basis from the eligible officers of Central/State Government/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Semi-govt/Autonomous or Statutory bodies.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Officers working in Central Government/ State Government/Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies possessing following eligibility criteria: (a) (i) Holding analogous posts in the parent department dealing with Legal affairs/matters; Or (ii) With 5 years of regular service in the parent department dealing with Legal affairs/matters in PB-III i.e. Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 7600/-

• Possessing Degree in Law (entitling the incumbent for registration at Bar and appearing before the Courts) from a recognized University or equivalent.
