K.L. Arora Chair on Criminal Law

• LL.M. or relevant master's degree in social sciences (Criminology/Psychology) from a recognised Indian or foreign university with minimum 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed), and a good academic record.

• For those applying with a relevant master's degree in social sciences there must be a clear and demonstrable track record of interdisciplinary research involving law.

• Proficiency in criminal laws is necessary.

• Prior research experience including field work and data collection is desirable.

S.K. Malik Chair on Access to Justice

• LL.M. from a recognised Indian or foreign university with minimum 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed), and a good academic record.

• Proficiency in criminal laws is necessary.

• Prior research experience including field work and data collection is desirable.

Chair On Investment Treaties and International Commercial Arbitration
