Essential Qualification and Experience

Assistant Manager (Legal)

• Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B.).

• At least 01 year of post qualification experience in officer cadre in Banks / Financial Institutions / Central or State Govt. / PSUs / Law firms / Practising at Bar / Judicial Services or any other organization of repute.

• as a Law Officer in Banks/ financial institutions in public or private sector of repute / PSUs; Or as an Advocate (including as an associate in an Advocate's or solicitor's Office or Law firm) after being enrolled under the Advocates Act, 1961 (25 of 1961); Or Experience in Supreme Court of India / High Courts / other Courts and Tribunals or equivalent/ Ministry of Law (Govt. of India) / Statutory Legal Institutions (Govt. of India) / National Law Universities / recognized Research Institutions / Public Sector Undertakings / Semi Government / other Government Bodies in the field of Law or related experience in the field of law.

Assistant Manager (General)

• Postgraduate degree/ diploma in any discipline / Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) / BA+LLB (5 year) / Chartered Accountant (CA) / B Tech / B.E.

• At least 01 year of post qualification experience in officer cadre in Banks / Financial Institutions / Central or State Govt. / PSUs or any other organization of repute.

• Preference will be given to candidates having relevant work experience in banking and finance industry.
