Essential Qualification

• An academic/scholar of outstanding track record in IPR ii. Retired Officials of IP Offices under the Controller of General Patents, Designs & Trade Marks (CGPDTM) having experience of 5 years of working at Grade Pay of INR 6,600/- or above ( as Controller of patent & Design or registrar of Trademark & Geographical Indicators or Registrar of Copyrights).
• An outstanding professional with established reputation in the field of IPR, who has made significant contributions to knowledge in the field (to be substantiated by credentials).

• The applications along with detailed resume must be sent to the Registrar, National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam to reach the same on or before 09.07.2019 at 5.00 p.m.
• Applicants who are employed must provide 'No Objection Certificate' and 'Vigilance Clearance Certificate' from their employers. Applications received after the due date will be summarily rejected.
