Empanelment Of Panel Advocates At Central Silk Board

Central Silk Board (CSB), a statutory body of the Ministry of Textiles Government of India. proposes to engage Panel Counsel(s) to represent the Central Silk Board or its subordinate units (CSB AND ITS UNITS) before the Supreme court, High Courts, -Central Government Industrial Tribunal (CGIT), Central Administrative Tribunal, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum (DCDRF). State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (SCDRC). National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) and District and Session / Lower Courts.

Qualification and Experience
- Be enrolled/registered as an advocate with the State Bar Council
- Labour Matters land Acquisition, Property laws, taxation. Arbitration matters and other cases before the High Court with a fair association with Silk industry and Textiles.
How to apply?
- Eligible practising advocates must submit an application in the format prescribed in Annexure "A" and Annexure "B" (Provided in Official Notification) enclosed herewith. along with all supporting documents in a sealed envelope to The Scientist-D & Head, Muga Silkworm Seed Organization, Central Silk Board 088 Complex, Reshom Nagar, State Sericulture Farm, Khanapara, Guwahati — 781022 (ASSAM).
- The last date of receiving Applications in the prescribed format along with supporting documents are 14.05.2019.
