Educational qualification

• In case of deputation, officers possessing a Bachelor's Degree in law from a recognized University and holding:
• Analogous post on regular basis in the central Government or State Government or Courts or Tribunals; or
• Post in Central Government or State Government or Courts or Tribunals, with 5 years' regular service in the pre-revised Pay-Band-2 i.e., Rs. 9300- 34800/- with the Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-, i.e., Level-9 in Pay-Matrix or 6 years of regular service in the Grade Pay of Rs.4800/—, i.e., Level 8 in the Pay-Matrix or 7 years of regular service in the Grade Pay of Rs.4600/-, i.e. Level 7 in the Pay-Matrix or 10 years of regular service in the Grade Pay of Rs.4200/-.i.e., Level 6 in the Pay-Matrix.
