The International Conference on Healthcare in a Globalizing World (Enriching Healthcare Delivery through an Interdisciplinary Approach)

The Faculty of Health & Biomedical Sciences (FoHBS), Symbiosis International University (SIU), Pune is organising the International Conference on Healthcare in a Globalizing World (Enriching Healthcare Delivery through an Interdisciplinary Approach) SYMHEALTH 2017. The said conference is scheduled from 4^th to 6^th May 2017.

Objectives of the Conference:

To explore and enhance healthcare delivery by application of knowledge from different disciplines and facilitate innovation and enterprise. Healthcare delivery must be available, affordable & accessible, for which an interdisciplinary approach is vital. Thus the conference is a step towards forging new dialogues with various stakeholders of the healthcare community beyond academia, both in India and abroad, bringing in new insights and perspectives from various fields.

Eligibility:

Participants will include the students pursuing healthcare management programmes viz. MBA Hospital & Healthcare Management, Post Graduate Diploma programs in Hospital & Healthcare Management, Medico Legal Systems, Medical Tourism, Medical Insurance, Clinical Research etc. as well as students pursuing the programmes in Medical Technology and Nursing, other health care professionals, practicing doctors, practicing lawyers, law students, corporate and  para-legal professionals, representatives of the private and public Healthcare sector organizations, policy makers, administrators and

 Civil Society Organizations.

 Teaming up with other professional organizations such as Core India Institute of Legal Medicine (CIILM), Pune, National Lawyers Academy with the assurance of obtaining CLE/CME credits, the Faculty of Law, SIU are pleased to convene the Track III on “Healthcare Laws” on 5^th May 2017 from 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm.
