INBA’s Legal & Business Delegation to Berlin

Indian National Bar Association (INBA) will be leading a Legal & Business Delegation to Berlin, Germany from 25-30 June 2017.  The delegation has been invited by the CDU & Economic Council of Germany for having a dialogue and to gain deeper insights into Indians dynamic legal & economic experience and the driving forces behind it.

Venue: Berlin, Germany.

Germany has emerged as the top trading partner of India within Europe with around $23.8 billion or 18.3 billion euro turnover during 2011-12 and since its beginning of the Indian reform policy in 1990, the bilateral trade volume has risen from 2.7 billion Euro to 16 billion Euro in 2014.  The purpose of this visit is to understand & learn the best practices from German Legal System and to strengthen  Indo-German potential legal & business opportunities and to promote our Hon’ble India’s Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Initiative “Make in India”. How legal industry can help to ties with German under the Make in India campaign. We sense that there is an opportunity for our legal system to collaborate in learning and improving perceptions on promoting trade, investment, leadership and building a relationship through partnering exchange mission.

• Meeting & Interactive sessions with the officials from fortune 500 companies, leaders and members of the Economic Council of the CDU
