The National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”) has issued a circular dated 05.09.2023, intimating the constitution of Special Bench for NCLT Principal Bench (New Delhi) from 11.09.2023 to 15.09.2023. Justice Ramalingam Sudhakar (President) is on an official tour in that period.
The Special Bench shall attend to the matters listed before Justice Ramalingam Sudhakar (President) and Shri Avinash Kumar Srivastava (Technical Member).
The Special Bench shall comprise of:
NCLT Principal Bench (Court No. I)
- Shri Ashok Kumar Bhardwaj (Judicial Member)
- Shri Avinash Kumar Srivastava (Technical Member)
It is to be noted that Shri Ashok Kumar Bhardwaj (Judicial Member) shall first take up matters of Special Bench (NCLT Principal Bench) and thereafter attend to matters of their own Division Bench (NCLT New Delhi Court No. 2).
The Circular has been issued in partial modification of Order of even number dated 19.02.2022, and applicable between 11.09.2023 and 15.09.2023 only.
