The National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”) has issued a circular dated 24.08.2023, intimating the constitution of Special Bench in NCLT Kolkata for the period of 28.08.2023 to 13.09.2023, since Shri Arvind Devanathan (Technical Member) is on leave in that duration. The National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”) has issued a circular dated 24.08.2023, intimating the constitution of Special Bench in NCLT Kolkata for the period of 28.08.2023 to 13.09.2023, since Shri Arvind Devanathan (Technical Member) is on leave in that duration.
The Special Bench shall attend to the matters listed before Ms. Bidisha Banerjee (Judicial Member) and Shri Arvind Devanathan (Technical Member).
The Special Bench shall comprise of:
NCLT Kolkata Bench (Court No. II)
- Ms. Bidisha Banerjee (Judicial Member)
- Shri Balraj Joshi (Technical Member)
It is to be noted that Shri Balraj Joshi (Technical Member) shall first take up matters of their own Division Bench (NCLT Kolkata Court No. 1) and thereafter attend to matters before Special Bench (NCLT Kolkata) as per convenience.
The Circular has been issued in partial modification of Order of even number dated 18.08.2023, and applicable between 28.08.2023 and 13.09.2023 only.
