In a recent development in the ongoing legal battle between Dabur and Dhruv Rathee, Dhruv Rathee has proposed to blur images resembling Dabur's Real Juice packet in the video posted by him on his YouTube Channel.

The proposal was put forth on February 29, 2024, during a hearing before Justice Arindam Mukherjee of the Calcutta High Court. This proposal echoes a similar suggestion made by him in the previous hearing.

It is pertinent to note that Dabur, in response to Rathee's proposal, sent a letter dated February 29, 2024, suggesting various measures, including refraining from making statements associating 'Packeted Juice' with type II diabetes. However, he did not accede to Dabur's recommendation of not making any comment against all other packed fruit juices.

Ranjan Bachawat Sr. Advocate on instructions from Mr. Nakul Gandhi, representing Dhruv Rathee, agreed to Dabur's suggestions to send a sample blurred image of the fruit packet, which will serve as a replacement for the alleged infringing image of Dabur.

Upon hearing the parties, the Court directed that if the parties are willing to resolve the dispute amicably then this exercise should be carried out. The matter is next posed on 19.03.2024.
