GNLU Centre for IPR in collaboration with GNLU-GUJCOST Research Centre of Excellence on IPR Laws, Policies and Practices, proposed to organize a Capsule Course on Trademark Registration- The Process and Practical Aspects on the 29th September, 2017.

Capsule Course on Trademark Registration:

This course primarily aims at providing both theoretical as well as practical information about the Trademark application and registration procedure followed in India. Recent changes introduced in the legislative framework of the Trademark law had made the registration process less cumbersome. It is further beneficial to attain knowhow of a transformed system. The course presents an excellent opportunity for participants to gain knowledge from people involved with the procedural aspects of trademark registration and engage in discussions with their co- participants.
