Book Launch: 'The Handbook On Domestic Arbitration In India' By Aman Vijay Dutta.

The book is a one of its kind comprehensive guide on Domestic Arbitration in India and does this by mirroring the stages in a domestic arbitration with a chapter wise detailed commentary focused on decisions rendered by the Supreme Court of India. Its purpose is to provide lawyers, academicians and other professionals with a detailed issue wise check list on substantive and procedural issues, to help in streamlining the conduct of Domestic Arbitration proceedings.

The foreword of the book has been authored by Justice P.S. Narasimha (Judge, Supreme Court of India) who described the book as “an indispensable guide for legal practitioners,” highlighting the author's dedication to simplifying the arbitration process. Mr. Ameet Hariani, in his additional foreword noted, “Aman has effectively addressed the practical issues faced by practitioners in domestic arbitration,” making the book a valuable resource.
