The Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy is an independent think tank engaged in research for the institution of better laws improved means of governance. The Centre is conducting a series of conversations titled on the subject of Judiciary as the Constitutional Guardian, titled, "Judicial Pressures and Constitutional Courage" underlining several pressing issues that have recently become matters of national debate.
Themes: Judiciary and Constitutional Courage, Nature of Federalism in present-day India Unlawful restriction of Free Speech and other relevant topics.
Date and Time: Constitution Day, November 26, 6 pm.
