Fali Sam Nariman is a renowned Constitutional Law jurist and senior advocate at the Supreme Court of India. He remained Additional Solicitor General of India May 1972- June 1975 and is President Emeritus of the Bar Association of India since.

Mr. Nariman is an internationally recognised jurist on international arbitration. He has been honoured with the 19^th Lal Bahadur Shastri National Award for Excellence in Public Administration 2018, the Padma Bhushan in 1991, the Padma Vibhushan in 2007 and the Gruber Prize for Justice in 2002.

He was nominated a member of the Rajya Sabha from 1999 to 2005.
