3rd ICC India Arbitration Day -14 September 2019, Delhi

Venue: Hyatt Regency, Bhikaiji Cama Place

The 2^nd edition organized last year was attended by over 250 delegates from 10 countries and took place in Mumbai.

The Keynote address will be delivered by Hon'ble Mr. Justice R.F. Nariman, Judge, Supreme Court of India and the Special Address by Dr. Abhishek M. Singhvi, Senior Advocate.

The President of the ICC Court – Mr. Alexis Mourre and Secretary-General – Mr. Alexander Fessas will also be present and speaking at the conference among other renowned practitioners.

There will be two panel discussions and an oxford style debate on the motion "This house believes that the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2019 is progressive for the Arbitration ecosystem in India".
