Call for papers: National Colloquium on Legal Research and Methodology, IIT Kharagpur

RAJIV GANDHI SCHOOL OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW, INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY KHARAGPUR is organizing a National Colloquium on Legal Research and Methodology and invites original contributions from researchers across the country currently working in area of law including Intellectual Property Law, International Law, Trade Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Commercial Law and Environmental Law.

Date: November 1-2, 2014

Time: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Venue: Moot Court Hall, RGSOIPL

Word Limit

The thematic write-up of not more than 1000 words of your research including brief description stating name, current designation, and institutional affiliation.

The thematic write up should be followed by the research outline, not exceeding 4000 words, clearly stating the broad area of your research, title, scope, objectives, research questions, hypothesis (if any) and proposed methodology.

Formatting guidelines

1. The main text must be in Times New Roman with font size 12 and line spacing of 1.5.
2. The footnotes must be in Times New Roman with font size 10 and spacing of 1.0 (Follow Bluebook 19th edition).
3. All submissions must be made in MS-Word

Submission Guidelines

All the entries must be submitted according to the format at convenor@rgsoipl.iitkgp.ernet.in

Registration process will start only after the selection of thematic write-up is received. The selected thematic write-up shall be communicated along with the required registration formalities and submission guidelines.
