About:

International Journal of Law and Management Studies (IJLMS) is a peer-reviewed bi-monthly journal which revolves around the issues relating to the wide spheres of law and management and the close nexus between the two. It is an open-access, online journal for enhancement of research.

Aim:

It aims to provide a highly readable and valuable addition to the literature which will serve as an indispensable reference tool for years to come. The coverage of the journal includes all new theoretical and experimental findings in the fields of law. The journal also encourages the submission of critical review articles covering advances in recent research.

The areas of the journal broadly include but not limit to:

• Company Laws


• Business Laws


• Intellectual Property Rights


• Cyber Laws & Social Media Marketing


• Contracts & Sale of Goods


• Juristic Persons & Constitutional Law

Any other area where the nexus between law and business/management is established

Requirements:

The Student Editors are required in the following teams of the journal.

• Facilitation


• Communication


• Review & Editing

Facilitation: The work pertaining to facilitation wing is related to logistics, shipment, printing and stationery and facilitating other committees to carry out functions of the journal and its administration with ease. It involves key administrative tasks and final paper scrutiny.

Communication: The Communication Team works for ensuring and retaining the link between the Authors and the Board at all times. Emails related to Acceptance, Selection, Procurement of Consent Form and related aspects shall be carried out by the Communications Team

Review & Editing: The Review Team shall help the Core-Team in deciding the finality of papers and the same shall be done.

Eligibility:

Editors shall be students of I^st to III^rd year of 5 year or I^st and II^nd Year of 3 year Law Course, BA economics or BBA. The tasks shall be a combination of administrative and other team related tasks. Students with prior editorial experience shall be preferred over others.
