Sibal:The argument was that she was just a widow so we(SIT)were helping her. I think the SC was not passing order to merely help a widow. Then NHRC, Citizens Tribunal, Teesta will come and fight for them. The State is monolith these days. Ordinary citizens cannot fight the State.
