Bar Council Of Kerala Invites Applications From Lawyers For Claiming Flood Relief Amount From BCI’s 25 Lakh Donation

The Bar Council of Kerala has invited applications from lawyers for claiming relief amount for the damage caused by the floods in the State.

The notification was issued in view of the Bar Council of India having sanctioned Rs. 25 Lakhs for flood-affected state lawyers. I, therefore,e requests lawyers to file applications along with supporting evidence for damages sustained.

The applications are required to be submitted on or before September, 25, to enable the Bar Council of Kerala to scrutinise them and forward the same to the BCI.
